Because our products are digital goods, they cannot be physically “returned.” For this reason, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness with the unique nature of digital items.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may be entitled to a refund in the following situations:
- Item not as described
– The theme is materially different from its description or demo preview.
– If an issue is confirmed and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund. - Item does not work as intended
– If the theme does not function properly or has a critical technical issue that prevents normal usage, and our support team cannot resolve the problem. - Security vulnerability
– If the product contains a confirmed security vulnerability that cannot be fixed promptly. - Support not provided (if included)
– If your purchase includes item support or you have purchased a support extension, and support is not delivered in accordance with the support terms. - Item not downloaded
– If you purchased a theme but have not downloaded it within 3 days from the date of purchase, you may request a refund. Proof of non-download (via order records) will be required.
When Refunds Are Not Available
To the extent permitted by law, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You change your mind after purchase.
- The item did not meet your personal expectations.
- You no longer need the product.
- You purchased by mistake.
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use or customize the theme.
- You fail to provide enough details to justify a refund request.
- You can no longer access the product because you failed to download it before it was removed or updated.
- Your purchase was made more than 180 days ago (for supported items) or more than 30 days ago (for unsupported items).
