A: No. VotraLee themes are sold without demo data. The demo sites are provided for browsing and preview purposes only, and we do not support transferring demo data.
Q: What if I purchase a VotraLee Shopify theme but don’t know how to install it?
A: After purchasing from the VotraLee website, go to My Account > Downloads, and download the theme. Then follow these steps:
Unzip the file VotraLee_Shopify_themes.zip on your desktop.
Steps
- Log in to your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Upload the theme ZIP file. Shopify will automatically parse it.
- After this, you can find the VotraLee theme in Online Store > Theme Library, where you can customize, preview, edit, and publish your store.
Q: Does VotraLee support returns or refunds?
A: No. VotraLee themes are digital products (WordPress or Shopify themes) and cannot be returned. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
